FOR CASH ON DELIVERY CUSTOMER POLICY

Delivery Rider is instructed by JNT EXPRESS to only hand over the package after payment has been made.

Any attempt to open the package before payment will be considered a breach of the couriers policy and will tagged as return.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be paid in full before opening the package. Attempting to open the package prior to payment will result in the order being canceled and the package returned.

Inspection After Payment / Return Refund Policy 

• Customers are encouraged to inspect and film while unboxing the package for any damage after making the payment.
